Piggy Finance Limited is a credit broker, not a lender. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and are entered on the Financial Services Register under reference number 734235

- Pacific Financial Solutions Ltd specialise in providing and administering Individual Voluntary Arrangement (“IVA”) solutions to individuals based in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Pacific Financial Solutions Ltd do not administer Debt Management Plans, Debt Relief Orders, or other debt solutions. Pacific Financial Solutions Ltd seeks to provide information about all possible debt options and all advice is given in reasonable contemplation of an insolvency appointment. Following an initial fact find exercise and evaluation of your circumstances, information about all options that may be available to you is provided, so that you can make an informed choice as to what solution may suit your circumstances
- We are likely to share your data with Fortis Insolvency if you have provided your specific consent and if you owe £5,800 or more to two or more unsecured creditors
- If appropriate, we may share your details with companies who offer solutions for debt problems such as debt management plans, individual voluntary arrangements, and protected trust deeds:
